Frederick R. Bruch, Jr., MD, FACP, CPE
Dr. Bruch is chief medical officer of Crotched Mountain Foundation and medical director of the Crotched Mountain Specialty Hospital. He served as medical director for the Specialty Hospital from 2013-2015. Dr. Bruch came to the Specialty Hospital from Dartmouth Hitchcock Keene and the Cheshire Medical Center where he had worked as an internist and hospital medicine physician since 1991. He served as chairman of the Department of Internal Medicine/Hospital Medicine from 2004-2012. He also served as the compliance officer for Dartmouth Hitchcock Keene and the Cheshire Medical Center. Prior to joining Dartmouth Hitchcock Keene, Dr. Bruch was a general internist at Oceana Urgent Care and Family Medicine in Virginia Beach, VA. He served as US Navy General Medical Officer in Guam and in Norfolk, VA. Dr. Bruch received his medical degree from Albany Medical College. He completed his internal medicine residency training at Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine in Norfolk, VA and at Bethesda Naval Hospital. Dr. Bruch has been a Fellow in the American College of Physicians since 1993. He earned a Certified Physician Executive (CPE) designation from the American Association for Physician Leadership in 2012. He is board certified in internal medicine and as a certified physician executive.
