On Friday, November 9, over 100 guests gathered together at Fry Fine Arts in Peterborough, NH to celebrate the 65th Anniversary of Crotched Mountain School. The selection of fine wines were personally selected by Stan Fry, the charcuterie was prepared by Mindy Taylor, curator and manager of the gallery, and hors d’oeuvres were presented by the Waterhouse on Depot Street. Jose Lezcano, twice Grammy nominated Spanish Guitarist, provided the entertainment while guests viewed the current exhibits at the gallery.
Crotched Mountain CEO Mike Coughlin, Trustee Charles Giacopelli and Board Member Leslie Kenney spoke to the history and future of Crotched Mountain, including recent programming that’s addressing the opioid epidemic – prompting one guest to pledge a matching donation of $10,000 to support Crotched Mountain School.
Special thanks to the Corks for a Cause committee: Deb and Ray Cilley, Ann and Chris Conway, Stan and Cheri Fry, Joyce and Cy Gregg, Leslie and Robin Kenney, Kirsten and Andy Peterson, Cathie and Phil Runyon, Sara, Jesseca and Abe Timmons.
