GREENFIELD–Crotched Mountain Foundation has welcomed Kathy Waters as the new Director of Fundraising. Kathy comes from Marlboro College where she served as the Senior Director of Alumni Relations for the past five years. Waters has spent most of her career in human services and earned her college degree in Therapeutic Recreation.
“Joining the Crotched Mountain team is a ‘full-circle’ moment for me,” she says. “I am so proud to work for an organization committed to the respect and dignity of children, students, and adults with unique needs.”
In her role, Waters will oversee Crotched Mountain Foundation’s Annual Fund and contribute to the broader efforts of the Advancement department, including donor outreach, acquisitions and stewardship, and events.
“I am amazed at the stellar staff I meet daily here, many of whom have dedicated decades of their lives to their important work,” Kathy says. “It’s clear that our donors are just as dedicated to playing their essential part in impacting the lives of children and adults with disabilities. It is a joy to invite people to give to Crotched Mountain and be a part of all their stories.”
