Sarah is like any other teenaged girl. She loves the mall and spending time with friends at school. But her diagnoses of cerebral palsy and vision disorder have made these activities extremely challenging.
Crotched Mountain’s ATECH Services, which connects families and individuals to the very best assistive technology, worked with Sarah and her mom to find a solution: her first power wheelchair.
The wheelchair will give her the freedom and mobility to cruise the school hallways and mall byways, everything a 14-year-old loves to do.
Or, as mom, puts it: “Open up a new world to her.”
